Registration

Registration (creating an account)

  • Click "Create New Account" from the "My Account" panel.
  • Enter a "Username" - you will be required to enter this value whenever you log into the website so best make it something memorable, like your name (you are not limited to a single word).
  • Enter your "E-mail address". This must be a valid address because we will be sending you an email containing information necessary to complete the registration process.
  • Click "Create new account".
  • We will now send you an email message, confirming your user name and providing you with an initial password, which we recommend you change immediately, and a special link that you can use to log into the site for the very first time (note that the special link will only work once and, after clicking it, you will be asked to change your password). After that you must use the Log In procedure described below.

Log In

After you have registered and received the E-Mail confirmation of your Username and Password...

  • Visit penkitsuk.com and, in the "My Account" panel on the right of the page, near the top, enter your "Username" and "Password" then click the "Log in" button.
  • Once you have logged in, the "My Account" panel will be replaced by your Username, followed by "My Account" and "Log Out" links.

Changing your Username, Password or E-MAIL Address

  • Log in, as described above.
  • Click the "My Account" link below your Username (on the right hand side of the page, near the top).
  • Click "Edit"
  • Make the necessary changes and then click "Save".

If you forget your password

  • Visit penkitsuk.com and, in the "My Account" panel on the right of the page, near the top, click on the "Request new password" link.
  • Enter your Username or your E-Mail address and we will send you an email containing instructions on how to change your password.

Ordering instructions

  1. Log in, as described above.
  2. Find the item(s) you require by selecting a product category from the "Products" pane, top left, and looking through the products in that category. For each item that you would like to purchase:
    1. Click “more information”,
    2. Ensure that the quantity (below the price) is correct and then click "Add to Cart".
  3. When you have added all the items you want to purchase to your cart click “checkout”.
  4. If at any time you want to check on the Delivery costs then click "Calculate Shipping Costs", then "click to calculate shipping" and "next".
  5. Delivery Information – fill out every box marked with an asterisk (*) and click “next”.
  6. Check the box “My billing information is the same as my delivery information”.
  7. Click “Review Order” at the bottom of the page.
  8. Please check the details you have entered and the order costs. If you wish to proceed then please click “Submit Order”.
  9. You will now be directed to Pay-Pal, to complete the purchase. If you  have a PayPal account then please log in, otherwise click "Pay with a debit or credit card".
  10. Complete the debit or credit card form by:
    1. choosing a valid debit or credit card type from the drop down menu,
    2. entering your valid debit or credit card number, expiry date and CSC (Card Security Code),
    3. a valid telephone number.
    4. Note, my system does not retain any of this information.
  1. Click to complete the transaction.

Viewing previously placed orders

  • Log in, as described above.
  • Click the "My Account" link below your Username (on the right hand side of the page, near the top).
  • Click "Orders"
  • Click the relevant order number (or the icon with a magnifying glass) to view the order or the printer icon to print a copy of it on your printer.
