Ownership

Penkitsuk trades as a sole trader, whose aims are to supply cost effective product to like-minded wood turners and to raise funds through these sales for various charities as depicted on the Home Page.

Payment Terms

Cash with order, Credit Cards / Debit Cards / PayPal accepted.

Postal Charges

These are calculated by order value and shown separately on “view cart” – Overseas customers are first asked for postal charges before submitting orders to sales@penkitsuk.com

Delivery

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom 3 – 5 working days upon receipt of order.

Returns

Any request to return any items must be made in writing (email to returns@penkitsuk.com ) within 7 working days upon receipt of product giving reason for return. You will be advised of a Returns Notification number, and unless the product is faulty, the cost of returning any product is
the responsibility of the purchaser. Any product which has been used will not be subject for replacement.

Data Protection Act

Any details supplied by you will not be disclosed the third party and are maintained by PenkitsUK for the sole purpose of supplying you the goods which you have purchased. PenkitsUK do not keep any
records relating to your Credit or Debit Cards as this process is maintained by PayPal.
